Serving Norman for more than 50 years

Originally established in December 1971 as Physicians and Surgeons (P & S) Pharmacy, our location has served the Norman community for over 50 years. For decades, Gary Clinton owned and operated the pharmacy, building a strong foundation of personalized service and trusted care.

In 2018, Gary retired and ownership transitioned to Osborn Drugs. With longtime pharmacist Shauna Stinnett, PharmD continuing in her leadership role, the pharmacy maintained the same familiar faces and commitment to the community—now under a new name. Today, Osborn Drugs Norman remains a full-service, locally owned pharmacy focused on personalized, face-to-face care.

Pharmacist

Shauna Stinnett, PharmD

Dr. Shauna Stinnett graduated from the University of Oklahoma and has been serving patients in Norman since 2003. She worked alongside the previous owners for many years and continued her dedication to the pharmacy when Osborn Drugs took over in 2018. In 2025, Shauna became an official partner of Osborn Drugs, further deepening her commitment to providing exceptional care to the community.

Shauna is passionate about the personalized service and strong relationships that independent pharmacy makes possible. She particularly enjoys helping patients through immunizations and medication education, ensuring they feel confident and supported in managing their health.

Family and community are central to Shauna’s life. Her family also serves at the pharmacy in various roles, and she and her husband are active members of the Norman community, especially through their involvement with the Rotary Club. Shauna takes pride in being part of a team that prioritizes personal connections and quality care for every patient.

Pharmacist

Tanner Calloway, PharmD

Dr. Tanner Calloway is a Norman native who is proud to serve the community he calls home. He attended the University of Oklahoma, earning his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2023, and began working at Osborn Drugs Norman that same year as a part-time pharmacist.

Tanner’s favorite part of being a pharmacist is building meaningful relationships with patients and giving back to the Norman community that shaped him. He is especially passionate about advocating for patients—particularly older adults—who may find the healthcare system confusing or overwhelming.

Tanner values being a trusted resource and someone patients can rely on for guidance, support, and personalized care. Outside of the pharmacy, Tanner enjoys spending his free time on the golf course and attending OU football games.
